Ener der besten Apps fürs schnelle Ticket kaufen! Mit einer Paypal-Verknüpfung dauert es zehn Sekunden vom Öffnen der App bis zum Ticket, so muss das sein!
So kompliziert BestPreisTickets tzu kaufen! mit der alten App war jedes Ticket einfach ein BestPreis. Unnötig kompliziert.
Not possible to change name of user from the app, or at least not easy to find that feature. Otherwise it works well for me.
Seit 3 Tagen nur "Syntax Error" beim Bezahlen mit PayPal. Das Geld wird abkassiert (laut PayPal), aber ich bekomme kein Ticket. Ich habe so mehrmals versucht ein Ticket zu kaufen. SSB Move schuldet mit 24 Euro für 4 in der App gekauften Tageskarten, die ich nie bekam.
Fahrplan is ok, aber die BestPrice Option ist absolut funktionsunfähig! In 75% der Fälle kommt bei mir immer der Fehler "Oops, something went wrong" und ich muss das Ticket normal kaufen. Dadurch zahle ich aktuell deutlich mehr im Monat als noch in der alten BestPrice App vor dem Wechsel. Super nervig!
I can't change / remove / adjust my payment method. After being in touch with the support - it only got worse....

The bus stop suggestion mechanism has to be improved substantially
Choose this over VVS Mobil of you have a foreign credit card as SSB Move allows PayPal. App needs to join the 21st century and add Apple Pay/Google Pay (hence the lack of five stars).
All my payment methods are rejected for obscure reasons...
